Due to the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic, we are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under extenuating circumstances policy, to help protect our clients to feel safe about their payments and trips. This update goes in function until March 1st, 2022.
Refund Cases:
- Case (A): up to 7 days or less, prior to tour date, Non-refundable, but trip reschedule is possible.
- Case (B): More than 7 days prior to tour date, Trip can be rescheduled, or a full refund excluding the 4% transaction fees that shall be deducted.
